Courier & Transit Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier company.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the courier during transit.

Any claims for damage or loss occurring during transit must be raised directly with the courier service.

Delays & Non-Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a shipment is returned to us due to customs refusal or unpaid duties, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
